The client is an online platform that helps car owners and auto repair specialists find and buy the right auto parts and accessories. The platform has storage of over a million parts from 50+ manufacturers and provides fast delivery to their customers in more than 50 countries.

The primary client’s goal was to reduce the workload and improve the customer support.

We integrated ChatGPT-4o’s API and developed an AI-powered assistant in two months.

The chatbot helps with customer queries, answers the most frequently asked questions, and finds the needed car parts.
