Here at Rubyroid Labs, we love having fun and spending time together. And New Year is the perfect time to come together and enjoy the company of each other. So we organized a New Year party and it was LEGEN… [wait for it] …DARY. Check the report and photos inside!
We made sure that this New Year party will be the one to remember. Even though we had some success in previous years, this one definitely set the bar high.

It had all it takes to make it a great Team building event: some nice competitions, where every member of the Team could try his skills in peeling tangerines, guessing True or False facts about the history of Rubyroid Labs or even try to guess estimates of some real tasks we had during the year.
Another good addition to the event was great drinks and tasty food, which definitely added some points to the general mood and made everybody feel at ease. To say nothing that each member of Rubyroid Labs Team got a special branded hoodie!
Besides, to make sure everybody feels the New Year spirit, we played White Elephant game, in which everybody got a special gift. It has already become a good tradition to win a hunting knife in this game. So good luck to whoever finally got it.
Cover band, who played all the major hits from the 90s and 00s definitely boosted the holiday spirit. And what party is it without some good dancing?
And finally, no New Year Eve can be imagined without President’s speech. So this time our CTO Yuri Kaliada took the responsibility and recorded a video for the Team with winning great applause and some laughs.
Generally, it was a night to remember. It reminded us one more time who much we enjoy not only working, but also spending time together, which probably is the best definition of being a Team.
