Mobile control center for bank terminal networks
The client needed a way to manage bank terminals across multiple locations without relying on desktop systems. On-site teams required real-time visibility into terminal statuses, performance targets, and alerts, as well as the ability to update terminal data directly during visits.
We built a React Native mobile app that lets teams manage terminals on the go from iOS and Android devices. The app combines operational dashboards, terminal editing forms, and real-time status tracking with an interactive map powered by Google Maps SDK.
Redux ensures predictable state management and stable data synchronization across the application. To ensure reliability during on-site work, we implemented complex offline-first management logic, allowing the app to remain fully functional regardless of connectivity.
We also implemented route creation and an integrated in-app car navigator that allows specialists to plan and optimize visits between terminals. This improved operational efficiency in daily operations.
