From tough beginnings to strong finishes, we’ve ended up nailing it this year. And we have a lot to share with you.

However, early 2024 had its challenges. Finding client projects for our developers became harder due to widespread tech industry layoffs.
So, the wave of project cuts hit us too, and we experienced a reduction in our outsourced development teams. However, by mid-spring, the situation was about to move.
Now, by December, our outsourcing team has expanded by 15%. And this result is even more amazing than in December 2023!
Despite all the difficulties we had during the year, we’re finalising it on the contrary with the company’s employee growth:
- 15% expansion of our development team
- 2x growth in UI/UX design team
