Unibelus carries out an entire work cycle on the creation of all low-voltage systems. They store alarm, security, video surveillance, access control, firefighting, warning, broadcast, and conference communication systems. They were looking for a partner to enhance their e-store, create a marketplace to exchange goods and services in the low-voltage systems industry, and develop the blog.

challenged to create a place to gather the specialists and customers
The main task was to advance their current online store and create a marketplace that allows users to place ready-to-use project templates, exchange technical documentation, including job boards, sell supplies, and participate in tenders.
The client wanted to organize all engineers/specialists and customers of the low-voltage systems industry to facilitate exchanging knowledge, services, and industry-specific goods.

Also, the aim was to form a professional community of constructors around the platform.
developed a marketplace and templates catalog
We have been partnering with Unibelus for three years. During this time, we successfully optimized website performance, launched a marketplace and blog, and improved image storage and loading.
project templates catalog + one-click to buy all the necessary equipment
In this part, Unibelus constructors create and publish ready-to-use templates to install the low-voltage systems for homes and offices, such as video surveillance, fire control system, etc.
These templates include the description of the system, documentation for constructors and equipment installers, and the list of supplies for implementation.
Users download the necessary template and information in PDF/XML formats and buy the required supplies in one click from the e-store interface.
As a result, Unibelus promotes its expertise as a low-voltage systems provider. Because of the ability to buy all the supplies in one interface, the average Unibelus transaction value was increased.

marketplace to exchange goods and services in the low-voltage systems industry
This part of the system includes the following functionality for legal entities and individuals:
- publish ads to sell/buy professional goods
- post ads to offer systems engineering or installation services
- publish requests for engineering or installation jobs
- publish job offers for engineering or installation service

specifications
Specifications let users interact with project organizations and supply chain departments of construction and installation companies. This function keeps the supplies in the user/company profile and links them to the project.

results
The website became the marketplace that allowed for exchanging services, supplies, and knowledge. The new functionality formed the community around the Unibelus brand and improved the average transaction value per customer. Also, Unibelus processes three times more inquiries via the updated platform.
They have no competitors left in Belarus.
The Unibelus platform became very popular among project companies and based on reviews, 80% of them use their catalog as a part of their daily routine work.

The redeveloped website fetched a high number of inquiries six months after its launch. Rubyroid Labs managed the project by communicating closely with the client, addressing issues efficiently, and answering the company's questions. Overall, the firm was impressed with its work.
