Rubyroid Labs worked on festival management app development for FSP, the festival that combines music, lifestyle, and education. It attracts thousands of participants every year. The application was successfully done within tight deadlines. As a result, it helped thousands of people to organize themselves at one of the biggest festivals in Belarus.

The organizers of the FSP Festival came to Rubyroid Labs to develop a music festival application. The main challenge was the very short development time.
The festival software should include the agenda, artists’ and lecturers’ info, a map of the festival grounds, photos, and other pertinent information.
developing and releasing the app in less than a month
The entire project, including development, placement in the App Store and Play Market, testing and polishing. had to be delivered within an extremely tight timeframe.
The client provided us with a design of the app, so we decided to use React Native. This technology enables us to develop the application quickly while providing a stable and smooth functioning app on iOS and Android devices.
Also, the client wanted to add photos, artist info, and social media links using an admin dashboard.
The app was released in the App Store and Google Play in less than a month and passed reviews which helped us perform reviews and tests of the app’s initial version before the deadline.

After the launch, the app had more than 1,000 downloads on both platforms in one week. It helped people organize time, find a way around the festival area, and enjoy the best photos.
The organizers of FSP decided to abandon all printed materials and use the app as the only way for attendees to navigate the festival. This step allows a reduction of 70% of printed materials for the festival.

Good performance Good festival, great application!
Despite the lack of time, the guys from Rubyroid Labs created a functional application with excellent navigation, сlear design, and a user-friendly admin panel, which lasted for several days at the top of the App Store!
