Binto is a women's health web store offering personalized, preventative healthcare solutions through vitamins and supplements. For an individual plan, users take a quiz or a consultation with licensed healthcare specialists. The platform provides supplement production, delivery, and support for women at various stages of their lives.

The client's platform did not follow modern design standards recommended for e-commerce. It lacked key features such as product ratings, navigation, and emphasis on product pricing. Additionally, the site overlooked essential information like order and shipping details.
The platform couldn’t offer an optimal customer experience and did not meet the client's business needs.

UX audit
The client requested an update to the existing website design and the implementation of e-commerce best practices.
Before starting the redesign process, we conducted a UI/UX audit to identify specific areas in usability and product focus. We presented the analysis results to the client, considered all their expectations, and began implementation.

product page
Following the UX review and using the Tailwind CSS framework, we carried out several ideas for the product page.
We enhanced the product page by adding clear, user-friendly sections: “How to Use” and “Product FAQ” to proactively address common questions and reduce cognitive load for customers before purchase. We also integrated a “Customer Reviews” section to build trust and boost product loyalty.
Additionally, we optimized the mobile version of the product page to provide a seamless user experience across all devices.

On the customer dashboard, users can handle their supplement kits, update health information, consult with Binto licensed health professionals, and manage shipments.
Our improvements included creating more personalized communication between Binto and the customers and adding the ‘Buy Now or Later’ feature.
A redesign of the referral promo section would encourage existing customers to recommend the platform to their friends, earning personal discounts.

We redesigned the shopping cart to enhance usability and encourage order completion. The new layout is more intuitive, providing clear options for adjusting the quantity of supplement kits.
We also added detailed information on discounts and shipping to keep customers informed throughout checkout. These improvements make the purchasing process smoother.
