UX improvements across the entire site
200 issues found
Over several years, the functionality of the website had expanded without the involvement of a designer. This led to contradictions in the architecture, it was difficult and confusing for users to complete tasks on the site. The client required assistance with development and conducting a comprehensive design analysis of the website.
Our design team performed a full UI/UX audit of the website and presented almost 200 possible improvements. The client received the initial mockups, references, and recommendations. Then they decided to add a developer to the project to focus on updating the site.

inefficient website architecture
As part of the website redesign, we updated the navigation. Additionally, we developed separate interfaces for two user roles, eliminating many logical issues, and ensuring each role had clear, intuitive access to relevant functionality.

difficult access to key features & rigid notification options
We introduced a new homepage, where users are directed immediately after logging in, providing quick access to all sections and the most frequently used features. For end users, we added more flexible notification settings.

profile structure & limited listing features
The profile section was restructured, consolidating related sections by purpose. Several new categories of listings were added. A major new feature, Shared Lists, was developed, enabling users to add properties to custom lists and share them with potential buyers.

complicated workflow & registration procedures
The site's workflow was simplified for both end users and administrators. We streamlined the process for registering an assistant role user, reducing the steps from 11 to 3, automating several actions, which will save administrators significant time.

outdated UI
We updated the UI by refining typography, the color scheme, and the design of all interface elements, giving the site a more modern, professional, and luxurious look.

communication
Throughout the project, we stay in close communication with the client. We regularly hold video calls to discuss key milestones and handle smaller questions via messenger. The client also leaves comments directly on the mockups whenever they have questions or requests.
result
We completed a full redesign of the platform, implementing over 180 UX improvements. Critical issues in the site's information architecture were resolved, and the navigation was updated to enhance usability.
Additionally, we streamlined the onboarding and verification processes, reducing them from 11 steps to just 3, significantly improving efficiency. The platform's visual design was also refreshed, including updated typography, colors, and key visual components.
